Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and EBAOne AI Studio (“EBAOne”, “we”, “us”) for the use of the service at trovade.com. By creating an account or using the service you accept them, together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use the service.
• Give accurate details, keep your password secret, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

2. What the service does — and does not do

EBAOne plans work, assigns it to AI models and checks the results, and you approve changes before they are applied. AI output can still be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even after checks. You are responsible for reviewing it before you rely on it, publish it or deploy it. The service does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice, and its output must not be treated as such.

3. Your content

• You keep ownership of what you put into the service. As far as the law allows, the output produced for you is yours to use.
• You allow us, and the providers that process requests for us (see the Privacy Policy), to process your content only as needed to provide and secure the service.
• You must have the right to use everything you upload, including other people’s personal data, code or material protected by copyright.
• Similar requests from different people can produce similar output; we do not promise that output is unique.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to:

• break the law or help someone else break it;
• create malware, attack or probe systems without permission, or get around security controls, usage limits or billing — including the service’s own;
• harass, threaten, defraud or deceive people, send spam, or create sexual content involving minors;
• infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;
• overload the service, access it by automated means we have not provided, or resell it without our written agreement.

You must also follow the usage policies of the AI providers that process your requests.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Prices are shown in Ghana cedis on our website and in the app. Paid plans run month to month until you change or cancel them in the app.
• Work is paid for with Intelligence Credits. Each plan grants its credits every month, and extra credit packs can be bought. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Cost estimates shown before work starts are estimates. A run stops when it reaches its spending limit or your balance runs out, so it may end before the work is complete.
• Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or where you were charged in error. Tell us about a wrong charge within 14 days at kingckbs@gmail.com.
• We may change prices or plans. Changes to a paid plan take effect from your next billing month, and we will tell you before then.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available and your data safe, including nightly backups, but we do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copies of important work — you can download your projects and data at any time.

7. Suspension and ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Profile & security. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or other people at risk, or does not pay. Where reasonable we will warn you first and give you a chance to download your data.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or lost business, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please contact us so we can try to resolve the matter.

10. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms we will update the version date above and tell you in the app or by email before significant changes take effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new terms.
